Scheduling
• $25 deposit will be charged during booking to hold your appointment. This will go towards your service total.
• No Call No Shows will be blocked from scheduling in the future, and you will lose your holding deposit.
• There is a 15-minute grace period. In order to not disturb the following client’s appointment, your session will be shortened, and you are expected to pay for the full service.
• Late arrivals past 15 minutes will be cancelled and marked as a No Show, resulting in losing your holding deposit
Reservations & Cancellations
We recommend booking in advance. Credit card details are required to make and confirm any booking.
Please be aware that cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to the treatment, otherwise a full cancellation fee will be charged. We regret that it may be necessary to treat appointments as cancelled, for clients arriving more than 15 minutes late.
We kindly ask that you turn your mobile phone to silent mode when you arrive to allow you and our other guests to relax.
Booking Confirmation
After booking your appointment, you will receive an email confirmation. This email will include your client intake form, instructions for accessing the building, and the studio’s address. Be sure to review the email and complete the intake form prior to your appointment.

For clients seeking corrective treatments for issues such as acne, scarring, or similar concerns, adherence to the recommended home care routine, treatment plan, and suggested lifestyle or dietary adjustments is essential for optimal results. Corrective treatments are not a straightforward process—progress may fluctuate over time, and results will vary from person to person.
Product Return Policy
